Celeste Sansegraw is Part of Regional Radio Fall Dream Team

Celeste Sansegraw is in 10th grade attending PHS. Sansegraw is a cross country and track runner for PHS. This year she made it out of conference, district, then placed 21st individually at state and helped her team to win a 3rd place trophy. She also was nominated for the Regional Radio Fall Dream Team.

The KTJJ radio station puts this together for the most deserving runners. There are 40 different area schools that have their cross country coaches vote. Five boys and five girls are selected to be on the Dream Team. Sansegraw is now officially a part of the KTJJ radio Fall Dream Team, adding another accomplishment to the list. 

Some goals Sansegraw has for this year are making it to state in the 2 mile for track.Sansegraw said, “Some goals I have for next season are getting a medal in every race and at least placing in the top 20 in state.”

After high school at PHS she plans on running in college, wherever that may be. Sansegraw says, “I don’t know where I want to go to college but I will be running in college for sure.” She plans on going to college to become a dentist or dental hygienist.

“It’s hard being cute and fast but I manage!” Sansegraw concluded.
