The Potosi Trojan Marching band performed at Fox High School in Arnold MO, on Saturday, September 24, winning second place in the white division field show. The PHS band also won the award for best visuals.

Senior Alaya Holland said, “Our performance at Fox wasn’t one of our greatest, but due to the heat and the exhaustion, I think that we performed better than what I was expecting.”

Freshman Karlee Jacobs said, “Honestly I don’t know how to feel, all I really know is that it’s gonna be a pretty long day but I think it’s gonna go pretty well.”

The band will host Bi-State State Band Festival in Potosi on October 8.
