PHS is hosting a canned food drive from now till December 16 to help people in need.  PHS students are building a Christmas can food tree in the entryway with their donated canned items. Also if Honor Society students bring in 25 cans of goods, they can earn 5 hours of community service!

Mrs. Christopher stated, “ The Trojan Time class that brings in most cans will receive a pizza party.” 

According to Mrs. Christopher, “ The cans will be taken to the local food pantry, or they will be taken to the First Baptist Church.” 

There are many different food pantries in Potosi in addition to churches that collect food items, too.
