Sophomores, it is time to start thinking about your next few high school years. On Thursday, December 12, 2024, the sophomores of PHS will be allowed to go to Unitec in Bonne Terre to get a tour to see what it’s all about.
Those who signed up to go had to take a survey on the Class of Google Classroom to pick their top three programs to tour. Students are encouraged to go on the tour to see if there is anything they would want to learn about in the future.
Ms. Rousan said, “ It is a great opportunity to learn hands-on skills and trades.”

Unitec has programs for everyone, and the tour is a great way to explore these programs. If you are interested in applying for Unitec, the application process will begin in January. Check Google Classroom or talk to Ms. Rousan for more information about Unitec.
Sophomore Montana McClurg said, “I am really looking forward to seeing what Unitec offers. I think the tour will give me a good idea of what I could do in the future.”
