On Sunday, September 14th 11 AM- 6 PM, St. Joachim Catholic School is holding their annual Fall Festival for the public. There will be a chicken fry inside the school cafeteria for people to come out and eat. The chicken and side dishes will be available for purchase and tickets for the festivities will also be for sale.
This event brings the community together to gather for food, entertainment, and catching up with present and past friends and families. It’s also a place where past students and parishioners can come to revisit a part of their life and connect with those they knew during their time here.
There are more food vendors outside in the grass area in front of the school. There will be music and other activities for little children and some for adults. Dana Litton the secretary of St. Joachim said, “This is a great day to come and visit with friends and family and catch up with those you haven’t seen in a while.”
September 13th at 5PM-8PM is the “preview night” for the festival. Anyone interested can check their Facebook for more information @ St. Joachim Catholic Church.
