PHS Cross Country Team Travels To MAC

On September 18, Potosi High School Cross Country Team participated in a race at Mineral Area College, hosted by Bismarck High School. Medals were awarded to 30 finishers in each division and first place teams were given awards. The boys team took home 1st place, having earned 72 points. The girls team with their best efforts earned 2nd, being beaten by Van Buren School by only 3 points. 

 

Boys JV medalist were, Alex Smith 3rd, David Declue 4th, and Jacob Lewis 9th. Girls JV medalist was Carlee Moss earning 3rd place. Boys Varsity medalist were, Zeke Sisk 2nd, Andrew Cain 11th, Garret Hale 17th, Jaden Kanan 19th, Tanner Gibson 23rd, Colton Politte 25th, and Conner Gibson 27th. Girls Varsity medalist were, Alyson Skiles 3rd, Celeste Sansegraw 9th, Allie Land 14th, Kaydence Gibson 22nd, and Addison Sansegraw 29th.

 

This Wednesday, September 22, the team will be traveling to Van Buren after school.
