On April 23, the Potosi Trojans baseball team played against the Ste. Genevieve Dragons.
The game started with Lane Revelle coming to pitch, and after that, Jack Blair came in to pitch. In the first two endings, nobody scored, but the St. Genevieve Dragons got their first score on the third ending, and the Potosi Trojans got their first score on the fourth ending. In the fifth ending, the St. Genevieve Dragons scored four runs, and in the sixth ending, the Trojans scored three runs. On the bottom of the seventh ending, the game ended with a score of 5-4, and the St. Genevieve Dragons won the game.
The baseball team did have a bad ending to the game, but they played well and definitely improved from previous games. The team will continue to practice more and improve their performance so they can dominate future games.
