Potosi basketball homecoming maid candidate winners walked in the Coronation ceremony Friday evening, Jan. 19, 2024 in the PHS gym, in between the JV and Varsity basketball games.

Our PHS basketball homecoming maid candidates were nominated by their male graduating class, winter sports players. Then, they were voted on by their graduating class, through a google form.

At the homecoming assembly, the nominated maid candidates from each grade level stood when their names were called and the winners were crowned while the students in the crowd gave a drumroll. They were escorted to their chairs and crowned by the senior basketball players.

Then, at the homecoming assembly during a drumroll, the 2024 basketball homecoming king was announced. Finally, he escorted the 2024 basketball homecoming queen to her chair for pictures.
