Maggie Stetina won a $25 gift card from Mrs. Schlosser for filling out her RootEd in December. Several other students have won amazing prizes in the past such as, a Roku TV, tablets, speakers, and much more for filling out applications and applying for scholarships.

Potosi has many scholarship opportunities for Seniors. These scholarships are free to apply for and have helped many college bound students with financial aid. Several scholarships include RootEd, Jerry West Memorial Scholarship, A+ Scholarship, NHS Scholarship, and more.

PHS Root Ed Advisor, Mrs. Schlosser said, “I am available to guide any Senior who is having difficulty finding or applying for scholarships. I am in my office down the Fine Arts hallway next to Mr. Dement and Mr. Neel on Mondays and Wednesdays. If I am not there or available at the time, Ms. Gray can help you.”
