A good way to spread holiday cheer or even stay involved in your community would be joining the Salvation Army of Washington County. To help others stay involved too you could grab your church group, youth group, business, family and friends to be apart of this community tradition. They are also look for highschool students or even clubs to sign up and participate. They will be rining the bell in honor of their dear friend Eddie. 85% of the money collected in the Salvation Army helps people in our very own county. 10% helps with natural diasters, and 5% is used for administrative expenses. There is not a set date on when the bell ringing will take place but it is being discussed, and it will take place outside of Potosi Walmart.
