The Trojans trailed the Raiders at the end of the first with a score of 19-12. Despite trailing the raiders, in the second quarter the Lady Trojans stole the lead and ended the first half 28-23 with extra help from senior Nora Henry and junior Aubree Wilson.

After halftime the Lady Trojans didn’t keep the momentum and by the end of the third quarter the score was 34-42. Despite Henry scoring 11 points in the second half, they lost with a final score of 48-59.

Potosi junior Ava Wright said “I was a little upset at myself that we lost, but we can take what we did in that game and work on the wrongs and fix them for when we play them next.

Overall the Lady Trojans played hard and had the right mindset going into the game but fell short of their goal.
